The HR Career Foundation Program (HRFCP) is a 3-year functional development program in Human Resources aimed at providing entry level HR professionals with diverse and immersive experiences across various HR functions that will prepare candidates for a successful career in Boeing HR. Participants undergo three 12-month rotations, strategically aimed at building a strong HR foundation while simultaneously acquiring leadership and technical skills through a challenging rotation experience. By working across numerous organizations within Boeing, participants gain unique insight into business operations and are exposed to a variety of HR experiences, including, but not limited to, HR Generalist, Communities of Excellence, and HR Operations roles. Upon completion of the program, participants are equipped with the functional skills and leadership attributes required to excel in a variety of roles across HR.
Locations for this program include Puget Sound WA, Hazelwood, MO, and North Charleston, SC.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, volunteer activities, or university clubs and associations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree concentration in human resources, psychology, business, or other related fields
  • Experience working in a Human Resources (HR) organization

TYPICAL EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Related work experience, relevant military experience, or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
