Job DetailsJob Location: Casino - Tuolumne, CA 95379Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 Hourly SUMMARY: Responsible for providing support to all departments, with specific duties in Human Resources that include administrative and clerical assistance for the Human Resources Department. Greets and assists all incoming Guests and Team Members as they arrive and depart. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Handles all incoming telephone communications in a cordial and helpful tone of voice, taking accurate messages as needed, and routes to the appropriate department or person. Assists with general inquiries regarding directions to Black Oak Casino Resort along with general Resort information. Answers routine inquiries on available positions along with assisting Guests with application process. Collects, sorts, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail. Scans and updates Team Member electronic personnel files. Performs clerical functions, types letters, proposals, and reports, and distributes as needed. Performs tracking and redemption of Team Member incentive programs. Performs data entry into Human Resources systems. Provides excellent guest service to internal and external Guests. Helps facilitate communication by creating internal marketing and informational posts to electronic bulletin boards, internet, and departmental social media sites. Operates and maintains a variety of office equipment. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Mandatory Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must possess a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality pertaining to all Resort departments. Must possess computer and word processing proficiency with excellent typing skills. Must possess working knowledge of computer programs and applications. Must possess excellent communication and writing skills. Must be able to convey a positive and professional image to Guests and Team Members. Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license. Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test. Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S. Must be able to communicate proficiently in English. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance. Must be physically able to perform all job requirements. Work Environment: Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment. Must be able to work in a noisy environment. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
