As a premier multi-specialty physicians' practice located in the northern Baltimore suburban community, we connect our patients to a seamless system of integrated medical care. Our practice includes in-house specialists in areas of medicine, from cardiology to podiatry. We seek to hire the best medical and administrative professionals in the industry. We are seeking to add a part time Human Resources Clerk to our HR Department in Towson. This is a part time, temporary position until the projected is completed. Our ideal candidate will be a team player who projects a professional image. Some experience in the HR field is preferred. Location: 515 Fairmount Avenue, Towson, MD 21286 Shift: 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week until the project is completed. Hours: Daytime: 10:00am - 2:00pm or 1:00pm - 5:00pm (Some Flexibility applies) Duties Include the following but may not be limited to: Posting job adds outside and inside of the organization. Ensuring the company database is updated. Reviewing resumes. Conducting telephone screen calls. Checking employment references Monitoring the Talent Acquisition Phone Line. TEAM PERFORMANCE: Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position. In coordination with the Director of HR creates a work environment of mutual respect, efficiency, and friendly professionalism. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma. Human Resources certification preferred. Working knowledge of HRIS preferred. At least two years of administrative office experience. Creates an atmosphere of efficient yet nurturing environment for all physicians, employees, job applicants, and external customers. Basic computer skills with a willingness and ability to learn new applications. Excellent oral communication skills with ability to hear and to speak standard English clearly and concisely. Excellent written communication skills with ability to read, write and spell standard English clearly and concisely. Ability to interact effectively with culturally diverse patient and employee population. Ability to convey a positive attitude and project a professional image. Ability to remain flexible. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Requires long periods of sitting, intermittent standing, reaching, and bending. Must be able to move freely throughout the facility and be able to lift approximately 10 lbs.
