DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Compliance Administrator who is passionate about upholding high standards in HR compliance and service delivery across DMC. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised, and a team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
In this role, you’ll be key in ensuring that HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are consistently met, in line with UK employment laws, CQC regulations, and DMC’s internal standards. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to ad hoc projects that enhance HR operations and systems, making a real impact on our team and business.
As a key player in our HR team, you will be involved in every aspect of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, staff development, and compliance. You’ll work closely with service managers and recruiters, collaborating across departments to ensure we attract, retain, and develop top talent. You’ll be working with a fantastic, supportive team who are always willing to help and deeply committed to upholding our core values, particularly in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure pre-employment compliance and onboarding processes meet UK employment regulations and CQC requirements.

  • Conduct DBS checks, right-to-work verifications, and professional referencing for all new hires
  • Maintain secure employee records in Planday (HRMS) and Pinpoint (ATS & onboarding), ensuring all data is up to date and compliant.
  • Communicate regulatory changes and policy updates to employees, ensuring adherence to GDPR and employment law.
