As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to ensure that our organization—and our clients—stay compliant in an ever-evolving regulatory landscape. This role requires a “hands-on” approach in managing risk, shaping policy, and overseeing legal and regulatory compliance across all areas of our business. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of payroll law, benefits regulations (including ERISA) and HR policy, and brings a proactive and organized approach to risk mitigation.
