POSITION SUMMARY

The HR Compliance Specialist ensures the organization’s adherence to employment-related laws, regulations, and internal policies by overseeing and executing critical HR compliance processes. This includes managing drug and alcohol testing programs, DOT drug testing and reporting requirements, background screening, and I-9 employment eligibility verification. The role supports HR, safety, and operations teams to maintain compliance, reduce risk, and ensure accurate documentation.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 2+ years of HR compliance or related HR operations experience.
• Knowledge of DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations, DOT Clearinghouse requirements, NCMS processes, I-9 compliance, and FCRA guidelines.
