• Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employment law, and best practices to clients or internal teams.
• Assist with workforce planning, job design, and the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Develop and implement systems to monitor and enhance employee performance.
• Draft and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures in line with legal requirements.
• Manage complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Design and deliver training programs on leadership, compliance, DEI, and workplace behavior.
• Support change management projects such as restructuring, mergers, or culture initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and HR standards.
• Conduct audits and assessments to identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations based on HR data and analytics.
