Top 3 Reasons to Join Us International professional working environment Clear career path with strong academy system Great benefits focus on human development and work life balance Job Description Overview You will join the HR Operations team (4 members) to deliver end-to-end HR operational excellence across employee lifecycle, HR systems, compliance, payroll coordination, and global mobility. Ensure smooth daily HR operations while continuously improving processes and employee experience. 1. Onboarding & Offboarding Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, system guidance, documentation collection, and coordination with relevant departments Organize onboarding programs by assigning projects, mentors, buddies, and delivering onboarding training sessions Provide new hires with essential company and role information (policies, work schedules, dress code, etc.) and address related queries Handle resignation and offboarding procedures, including preparing documentation, conducting reference checks, and ensuring proper handover Support onboarding and offboarding for expatriates, including Global Mobility-related processes 2. HR Policies and Procedures Develop, update, and ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with Vietnam labor law Manage and maintain all HR documentation, including labor contracts, renewals, probation confirmations, and employee movement decisions (promotion, transfer, termination) Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring all employee information and contract status are up to date Monitor and improve HR systems and processes in coordination with the global team to ensure efficiency and alignment 3. Employee Benefits Administer and communicate employee benefits programs, including private insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and annual health checkups Ensure smooth execution and employee awareness of all company benefit initiatives 4. Employee Supports Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook Support employee administration, including profile updates, organizational chart maintenance, and coordination with internal departments Arrange business travel logistics (visas, work permits, temporary residence cards, accommodation, and bookings) for employees, especially expatriates Other Tasks Assigned by Head of HR Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
