QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training & Learning, HRBP or Business Consulting; previous coaching experience would be an asset
2. Solid knowledge of HR consulting, adult learning methodologies and various social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, LinkedIn)
3. Undergraduate or graduate degree in HR, Business, Economics, Management or Education
4. Excellent coaching, customer services, relationship management and communication skills
5. Energetic, organized, detail-oriented with strong service mind-set, work ethics and can-do attitude; demonstrated self-motivator, quick learner and problem-solver
6. Intermediate level of Excel (PivotTable), PowerPoint & Word; fluency in Mandarin is a must
7. Work towards CHRP or coaching certifications would be an asset
