QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with solid business partnering know-how; you’ve worked closely with leaders, influenced big decisions, and seen your ideas in action.
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle, because our clients are everywhere, and so are you.
- Tech confidence; you know your way around HRIS systems, Adobe products, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office, and can pick up new tools like a pro.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations; you can hold your own in any HR conversation.
- Communication skills that light up a room; whether you’re presenting to executives, leading workshops, or inspiring teams, you make people want to listen.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment; juggling multiple clients, industries, and projects doesn’t scare you, it fuels you.
- A strategic mindset; you don’t just check HR boxes, you create solutions that align with the big-picture business goals.
- Proven project management chops; you know how to take an idea from concept to completion without missing a beat.
- Diplomacy with an edge; you can negotiate, resolve conflict, and manage people with confidence and professionalism.
- High level critical thinking; you don’t just react, you anticipate, analyze, and act with purpose.
- Discretion and professionalism; because trust is everything in this role.
- CPHR designation? That’s a bonus in our books.
