Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the HR department in all administrative and operational tasks. This role ensures smooth HR processes, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies and UAE labor law.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administration (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files, records, and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (preparing contracts, visas, IDs, exit clearances, etc.).
  • Handle daily HR-related queries from employees and provide timely assistance.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing attendance, leaves, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.
  • Support HR Manager in preparing reports and HR-related documentation.
  • Organize HR events, training sessions, and performance reviews.
