Hustle Matters Genuine Care Stronger Together Benefits Offered: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Short and long term disability Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Flexible Spending Account-Child Care, Limited, and Medical Accident Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay 401(k) with match Wage: Starting at 50k annually depending on experience Responsibilities: Responsible for full cycle recruitment efforts and talent acquisition processes; posting job openings, reviewing resumes, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting background checks Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire documents, conducting orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth transition experience for new employees Assist employees with benefits related inquiries Assist employees with inquiries related to the BCI Employee Handbook Maintaining employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Assist in best practices and HR system and processes development and maintenance Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes Support Human Resources initiatives and projects as assigned Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Strong professional communication skills in person, by phone, and email Ability to read and cross-reference a multitude of information Ability to speak the English Language competently Ability to work successfully with a multitude of team members Working knowledge of human resources principles, practices and procedures Strong knowledge of employment law especially in regards to the hiring process Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping Possess a strong moral compass (as represented by BCI’s Core Values) Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent experience Microsoft Outlook, Word, Xcel proficient Strong Database experience in HRIS and ATS databases Preferred Requirements: Preferred 3-5 Years of Human Resources experience Schedule: In office 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday An Equal Opportunity Employer We consider applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, the presence of a non-job related medical condition or handicap, or any other legally protected status.
