Seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support compliance with onboarding documentation requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in HR systems, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with handling sensitive employee information. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to collaborate across teams to meet compliance standards. THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant HR/administrative experience.
  • Experience working with Workday and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, tracking, and data accuracy).
  • Previous HR experience is a plus, particularly in handling personal employee documents and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage large amounts of documentation and data.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
  • Participate in a project-focused effort to ensure completion and compliance of employee I-9 forms.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and authorized representatives to provide updates and coordinate verification activities.
  • Identify and resolve incomplete or missing information on I-9 forms, such as signatures, hire dates, or supporting documents.
  • Manage the categorization and secure uploading of paper I-9 forms into Workday to ensure audit readiness.
  • Collect required documentation and assist with the verification process, supporting both Section 1 and Section 2 completion.
  • Document the I-9 audit process, maintaining detailed records of corrections, communications, and employee follow-up actions.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of existing I-9 forms to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide daily operational support and assist with additional HR administrative tasks as needed.
