Description The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management to support all areas of the HR function. What You'll Do as a Human Resources Coordinator: Conduct new team member orientations and assist with training and development programs. Provide support to team members and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and labor laws. Coordinate HR programs including but not limited to benefits, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and wellness rewards. Handle team member relations issues and assist in conflict resolution, investigations, and documentation. Maintain Paylocity data integrity and ensure personnel records are up to date. Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Support payroll and timekeeping processes in collaboration with Payroll/Finance. Assist in organizing team member engagement activities and culture initiatives. Your Qualifications: 2–4 years of HR experience preferred Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Paylocity experience is preferred.
