Aquazen Services is looking for an energetic, highly personable Customer Experience & Project Coordinator to become the primary customer-facing contact throughout our projects.
We have great plumbers and technicians who know how to get the work done. We're looking for someone whose strength is making sure our customers have an equally great experience while the work is being done.
The Role
Once a project is awarded, you will help take it from sale to mobilization to completion, acting as a friendly and reliable point of contact between our customers, office and field teams.
You don't need to be a plumber. You need to be someone who is organized, proactive, positive and exceptionally good with people.
You will:
- Welcome customers and introduce yourself once a project is awarded
- Coordinate project mobilization and help ensure everything is ready before crews arrive
- Maintain regular communication with property managers and customer representatives
- Provide project updates and follow up on questions or concerns
- Coordinate notices, access requirements, scheduling and other project logistics
- Check in with customers throughout the project rather than waiting for them to call us
- Work closely with our plumbers, supervisors and project management team
- Help resolve smaller customer concerns before they become larger issues
- Follow up after project completion to make sure the customer is happy
- Help collect customer feedback, testimonials and reviews
- Maintain strong relationships with customers after the project is complete
- Identify opportunities where Aquazen may be able to provide additional services
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is naturally:
Cheerful. Likeable. Organized. Professional. Proactive.
You should be the type of person who can walk onto a project, introduce yourself to a property manager or superintendent, and quickly build a comfortable working relationship.
The ideal candidate:
- Has excellent communication and people skills
- Enjoys speaking with customers and building relationships
- Is naturally friendly, upbeat and approachable
- Is highly organized and good at following through
- Doesn't wait for problems — they proactively check in
- Can professionally handle an unhappy or frustrated customer
- Is comfortable communicating by phone, email and in person
- Can coordinate multiple active projects and priorities
- Works well with tradespeople and understands that field teams are focused on getting the job done
- Takes ownership of the customer's experience
Experience in construction, property management, restoration, plumbing, HVAC, condominium services or another service-based industry would be an asset, but personality and attitude are extremely important to us.
What Success Looks Like
When an Aquazen project is underway, our customers should never be wondering:
"What's happening?"
"Who do I call?"
"When are they coming?"
"Did anyone deal with this?"
You make sure they already know.
Our goal is simple: do excellent work and make Aquazen one of the easiest contractors our customers have ever worked with.
Quality is our mission, your trust is our success.Job Summary
