The Human Resource Coordinator will aid with and facilitate the human resource processes, working cooperatively with the Britten HR team. The position will provide administrative support to employees, assist the HR team with recruiting, employee engagement, payroll processing, benefits open enrollment, safety and training and development. We want people who align with and can live our core values: We Say Yes We Hustle We Think Bigger We Keep Promises We Build People Up Job Summary and Job Functions Assists with responding to employee and/or external business HR related inquiries or requests Assists with the recruitment process by attending recruitment events and initiatives, assesses incoming applications, schedules phone screens and interviews, following up with candidate and communications decisions on candidates’ status, performs reference checks and extends offers of employment electronically through HCM system Assists with the preparation, launch and tracking of the performance review process Schedules drug screens and physicals, employee engagement events and HR team building Assists with the hiring and termination process of employees Coordinates and/or launch and track employee training Performs weekly orientations and update records of new staff Produces and submit reports on general HR activity Assists with payroll, benefits open enrollment and ad-hoc HR projects Keeps up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions Manage employee files and files documents into appropriate employee files Assists or prepares correspondence as requested Performs and supports other assigned functions as needed Align with and believe in the company core values: We Say Yes, We Hustle, We Think Bigger, We Keep Promises, We Build People Up Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to be exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the position.
