Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our HR Team at Cardo. As HR Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Head of HR and wider HR function to support our ambitious people plans. This will be a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, while contributing to a positive employee experience. You will also work closely with the wider People Function, supporting plans and initiatives to improve our people experience and support an engaged and growing workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee employee benefits and schemes, streamlining processes and providers.
  • Support the roll-out of new systems, processes and ways of working.
  • Develop progressive HR interventions and a positive Employee Value Proposition.
  • Assist the Head of HR with projects oversight, policy development and reporting.
  • Help prepare HR reports, metrics, and presentations for management as needed.
  • Coordinate employee wellness and engagement programs to improve overall employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with internal communication colleagues to support activity and drive awareness.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated clearly to employees and are kept up to date.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and metrics on key employee data, including turnover, absences, training completion, and other HR-related KPIs.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development (L&D) team to support employee growth.
  • Support the Recruitment Team, enhancing the service both internally and externally.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR Team, coordinating demands and priorities.
