Role Description The Human Resources Administrator at Kennedy Consolidated is a full-time, on-site role based in Melbourne or Sydney. This position supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, and updating HRIS data. The role involves coordinating benefits administration, assisting with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and responding to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The Human Resources Administrator will help ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, support HR policies and procedures, and assist with reporting and HR-related audits. The role also includes collaborating with HR management on initiatives to improve employee experience and streamline HR processes.

  • QualificationsStrong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and responding to employee questions about available programs.
  • Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR and other departments, and to provide responsive, service-oriented support to employees.
  • Prior experience in an HR administrative or coordination role; a relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
