We have an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator at our Mason, Ohio headquarters location.

In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Data entry and system maintenance duties and responsibilities as directed for various HRIS systems.
• Provides administrative support to the Corporate Benefits group.
• Provides general administrative support such as electronic filing, preparing correspondence, forms, and reports.
• Prepares new hire documentation and ensures completion.
• Participates in various HR functions including hiring and interview events, associate events and Learning and Talent Development initiatives.
• Establishes, maintains, and controls personnel, employee, and recruitment records.
• Provide recruiting support for various positions.
• Enter changes into the HRIS system.
• Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
• Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, E-Verify reporting, and maintains compliance.
• Process verifications of employment and support orders.
• This is a 5- day a week in-office position.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will meet the following minimum requirements:

• High School degree required, college degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience of Human Resources experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Must possess strong communication interpersonal, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Excellent computer skills, including all Windows applications.
