We have an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator in our Troy, Ohio, facility.
In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Provides general administrative support such as electronic filing, preparing correspondence, forms, and reports.
2. Prepares new hire documentation and ensures completion.
3. Participates in new hire orientation functions, interview events, and employee events.
3. Establishes, maintains, and controls personnel, employee, and recruitment records.
4. Provide recruiting support for various positions.
5. Enter changes into the HRIS system.
6. Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
7. Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, E-Verify reporting, and maintains compliance.
8. Process verifications of employment and support orders.
9. This is a 5- day a week in-office position. Must be flexible in hours to support the 5 shifts.
10. Updating the communication boards by walking the plant 2 to 3 times per week.
