Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day-to-day transactions such as processing employee data changes
  • Create corporate function requisitions for open positions
  • Assist HR Manager with HR initiatives like P365, corporate tours, engagement, benefits, succession, performance, and employee relations
  • Partner with Onboarding team to make the new hire experience positive and efficient
  • Assist HR Leadership Team with administrative requests
  • Main point of contact for on site meetings including room set up and meal ordering/receiving
  • Manage HR invoicing
  • Maintain mail station, break area and conference rooms to include housekeeping and ordering supplies, shipping requests
  • Assist in planning company events and community involvement opportunities
  • Identify and communicate general issues and concerns to the HR Manager and participate in development of the proper response to such issues
  • Maintain a high level of communication by providing multiple touchpoints to requesters
  • Other duties as assigned
