MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF HUMAN RESOURCES EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated HR Coordinator to fill an opening at a manufacturing company in Anaheim, CA.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR:

  • Must have at least 1 year of human resources experience
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite
  • Must have a general understanding of HR practices and labor laws
  • Prior experience in roles such as HR Assistant, Benefits Administrator, HR Generalist, and Payroll Administrator is a plus!

REQUIREMENTS OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR:

  • Review timecards daily for both personnel for any missing information that needs verification and approval.
  • Manage the paperwork for the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding in our regional warehouse
  • Answer and assist field offices with general HR questions and requests
  • Providing information and coordinating employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions (e.g., policies, benefits, payroll)
  • Assist with national HR projects such as implementing a new HR system, ensuring compliance with state labor laws, overseeing staffing agencies across multiple sites, and contributing to compensation-related projects.
  • Help ensure HR compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist with training and ad hoc HR reports
