POSITION SUMMARY

GMG EnviroSafe provides EPA and OSHA compliance expertise and personal support to the Construction industry throughout the United States and Canada. The Human Resources Coordinator - Construction of GMG EnviroSafe is responsible for recruiting for our Construction Department and perform various administrative functions within our HR Team to ensure our employees’ needs are resolved promptly.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university, or equivalent work experience.
· Experience hiring Construction candidates in various roles.
· Ability to work from home: functional computer, high-speed internet connection, and autonomous time management.
· Great communicator: clear, direct, and accessible. Comfortable listening, providing feedback, and reporting progress and results to leadership.
· Meticulous attention to detail.
· High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

· Recruit safety professionals for our Construction Department.
· Maintain database of active Construction candidates including professional certifications and availability.
· Perform telephone interviews and recommend candidates for second interviews to Construction Leadership.
· Collaborate with Leadership of Construction on upcoming opportunities and requisitions.
· Coordinate new hire on-boarding documents, drug testing and background checks for new Construction candidates. Check for accuracy and resolve any outstanding items.
· Provide support for various Human Resources functions including benefits and payroll.
· Create and distribute various department-wide communications and documentation.
