KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking a remote contractor in the United States.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong experience with case management tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Beeline or similar vendor management systems preferred but not required

Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding cases in ServiceNow, ensuring efficient workflow progression and timely start dates.
  • Provide support for Beeline system modules, handling amendments, extensions, PSID verifications, and data corrections.
  • Monitor upcoming end dates and communicate with stakeholders for timely renewals or terminations.
  • Handle issue resolution and escalations for offshore teams to ensure effective onboarding and support processes.
  • Manage CORE tickets, offering prompt resolutions and updates to users
