JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human capital management and be adept at managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits administration.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in human resources management principles, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA regulations.
  • Experience with HR sourcing tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Lever, iCIMS, or Taleo.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Paychex, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Administrative experience with data entry, payroll systems like ADP or Paylocity, and social media management for recruitment purposes.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively while demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Manage employee evaluations and performance management processes to support workforce development.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA and other employment laws.
  • Support change management initiatives by facilitating communication and training for employees.
  • Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data accuracy through diligent data entry and collection.
  • Conduct workforce management activities to optimize staffing levels and meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning efforts related to organization design and talent management.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and affirmative action planning requirements.
  • Manage workers’ compensation claims and assist with conflict management as needed.
