QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication, organizational & computer skills, and the abilities to work in a team environment and multi-task are essential, and some out-of-town travel will be required. This is a hands-on position with duties that include:

  • Organizing and administering new employee onboarding, including workspace setup, reviewing and assisting with the completion of necessary paperwork, reviewing various company policies, and coordinating new employee luncheons and new employee introductions.
  • Enrolling eligible new hires in benefits elections, helping them select appropriate options, and entering data within employee database system.
  • Managing benefit packages, keeping up to date on available options, and making recommendations for changes to management.
  • Administering company Performance Review process.
  • Coordinate Staff Development Program including refreshing / updating program.
  • Coordinating/conducting periodic employee overviews regarding benefit options.
  • Processing weekly payroll including reviewing time and expense data, updating employee withholding information, and verifying payroll amounts.
  • Process all Federal & State tax requirements and payments (multi-state payroll administration)
  • Process all Federal and State reporting, i.e. EEO, etc.
  • Coordination of company/community related teambuilding events.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a versatile and team-oriented Human Resources Coordinator in our Endwell, NY Office. The successful candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, with a Bachelor’s Degree being preferred, and a minimum of three years’ experience working in the field of human resources.
