JOB OVERVIEW:

As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for assisting management with internal recruitment, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and providing administrative support.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of related human resources experience.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Desire to take ownership and personal responsibility for assignments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Word.
  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to handle a variety of tasks.
  • Self motivated; demonstrated interest in taking initiative, anticipating needs, carrying projects through to completion with minimal direction, and working with a high degree of urgency.
  • Detail oriented, with the ability to produce high quality work in a deadline-oriented environment and strong ability to multi-task

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional level of service to our associates by answering questions, responding quickly and following up on information needed.
  • Maintain daily connection and follow ups regarding on-boarding steps, as needed.
  • Assist with job postings, placing ads and attending job fairs, as needed.
