Job Summary: Is an entry-level role focused on providing essential administrative support to the Human Resources department. Assists with onboarding and offboarding processes, maintains accurate HR records, and serves as a point of contact for routine employee inquiries. The role is primarily operational, ensuring that day-to-day HR activities run smoothly. Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required Zero-Two years' of HR, administrative, or customer service experience : Preferred Essential Functions: Provides administrative support to the HR team, including customer support, answering phone, data entry, and record maintenance. Assists with onboarding and offboarding procedures. Responds to routine employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed. Supports HR compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with audits. Helps schedule meetings, training sessions, and HR-related events.
