Description The HR Coordinator will: Coordinate events, meeting and activities as directed by the Director of Human Resources. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Assist with new employee files. Coordinate employee offboarding. Assist with preparation for employee orientation. Perform routine filing, scanning, and achieving records. Coordinate office mail and deliveries. Assist with and/or prepare correspondence as needed. Prepare HR reports, track compliance requirements and assist with audits. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent education. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS systems. Paylocity experience (preferred) This is an on-site position based in the Human Resources office at Springfield Hospital in Springfield, VT. Salary Range: The base rate for this position is $24.75 - $27.60 per hour. The hourly range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. The rate for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. Responsibilities
