JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated HR Helpdesk Associate to be the first point of contact for employee inquiries. In this role, you’ll provide excellent customer service and support on a variety of HR-related topics, including payroll, benefits, company policies, and HR systems. You’ll be responsible for resolving issues promptly or escalating them to the appropriate HR specialist. This position requires strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) like Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
