This role will be for a fixed term 12-month contract and report into the Group HR Manager. The HR team is a centralised functions with 5 team members supporting a workforce of approx. 600 employees. The next 12 months and this role will be key in supporting the implementation of new HR/People systems as well as pivotal in ensuring the day-to-day operation of the HR function is maintained. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and general HR administration, this role operates in a fast-paced dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline
  • Prior experience in similar role (desirable)

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support HR Advisors with the coordination of recruitment activities via our applicant tracking system, this may include but is not limited to, raising requisitions, conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews.
  • Set up new employees in our HRIS including issuing contracts and all other relevant paperwork
  • Maintain employee records in our HRIS and ensuring data is carried forward to our payroll team.
  • Draft and issue employee correspondence and variations as required.
  • Support HR Advisors with onboarding and off boarding employees
  • Provide support in relation to the employee engagement survey and our performance review processes
  • Support coordination and recording keeping of training activities
  • Work with Group HR Manager and HR Advisors to compile HR reporting for our executive team monthly and/or quarterly as required.
  • Manage employee communication alongside the broader HR/L&OD Team
  • Update and manage the HR page on our intranet site
  • Support any HR or L&OD initiatives as required by the team and broader business
