QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with HR software systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, Dayforce, Workday, or Kronos is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in data collection and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Excellent interviewing techniques with the ability to assess candidate fit for organizational culture.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage data collection using HR software such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, Dayforce, or Workday.
  • Support payroll processing through systems like Kronos to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate employee training sessions and workshops to enhance workforce skills.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other inquiries.
  • Assist in performance management processes by collecting feedback and maintaining documentation.
