QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in and HR Role
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems
  • Experience with UKG & Mineral software a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws & HR practices
  • Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Federal, State, and local laws
  • Create and maintain employee training programs for compliance mandates
  • Lead recruitment efforts: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer letters
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in our HRIS system
  • Support managers with performance reviews, KPIs, and employee development
  • Promote company culture, employee recognition, and internal communications
  • Collaborate with Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to ensure accurate employee records
