Job Summary: Primarily champion Environmental Management System, with secondary responsibility in HealthSafety

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE AND FUNCTIONS:

  • Post-secondary education in Environmental and Sustainability related program
  • Knowledge of Environmental Protection Act
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent English Communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to details
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of plant personnel and management team with ease
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, strong attention to details
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment to meet deadlines with multiple demands
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a team environment and being able to work independently
  • Possess risk base thinking and process approach knowledge
  • Support HR Manager with managing the Environmental and Sustainability program. In addition to general Health and Safety administration
