The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR and labor relations activities at the site. This position is responsible for coordinating essential functions such as payroll, employee training, and travel arrangements, while ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Working closely with both management and staff, the HR Coordinator provides timely support and guidance on labor and human relations matters. This role contributes to overall business success by helping maintain a well-organized, compliant, and employee-focused work environment.
