Essential Accountabilities, Responsibilities :


• Deliver induction and orientation for new employees, covering HC and camp policies, HRMS training, insurance enrollment, and the processing of IT and fleet requests.

• Ensure that onboarding and initial trainings (HSE / QC) are properly organized.

• Facilitate the employee probation review process and ensure the timely issuance of probation confirmation letters.

• Manage employee resignations and terminations, including exit interviews and clear communication of the offboarding process.

• Maintain an accurate reporting structure in the HRMS, updated on a monthly basis.

• Review monthly attendance and overtime reports across all departments and share key findings with the HRBP.

• Coordinate monthly contributions to the UAE National Pension scheme.

• Address employee grievances relating to pay and benefits, work environment, and health and safety.

• Conduct investigations into disputes and report findings to the HRBP.

• Hold regular monthly meetings with supervisors and line managers across locations.

• Coordinate with L&D on mandatory training (EFST, BFST).

• Manage workplace accident claims and compensation in coordination with the insurer.

• Provide employee counselling (wellbeing, financial planning, etc.) and coordinate with the Admin/Facility team on employee-related matters.


Skills And Qualifications :


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG with a large blue-collar or camp-based workforce.

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
