Description
Ensure administrative support is provided to the HR team, including data entry, management, and reporting, and assist with projects and regular workloads as needed. Coordinate key activities, manage various programs and processes, and support team members to ensure efficient operation of the HR department. Manage vendor relationships and activities to ensure adherence to contract and service level agreements. Provide input and guidance to various programs and processes, focusing on continual process improvement and efficient service delivery. Perform duties that support strategic initiatives and policies, such as scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, building presentations, and performing research. A minimum of a High School diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Typically requires 1-2 years of related experience. Performs work under general supervision Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff Basic to advanced computer skills, dependent upon job level Basic to intermediate decision making and problem solving skills, dependent upon job level Basic to intermediate verbal and written communication skills Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
