JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the overall HR strategy. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to enhance employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture. The selected candidate will be required to travel between all three of our office locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: Prior HR coordination or related HR experience preferred. Familiarity with recruitment processes, HR documentation, and HRIS systems.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with strong time-management and record-keeping skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Approachable, professional, and able to build positive relationships; maintains discretion with confidential matters.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive, resourceful, and skilled in conflict resolution.
• Creativity & Engagement: Experience with social media management, content creation, or event coordination is a plus.
