Description:
EXPERIENCE:
- 2-5 years in human resources coordination, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Experience in change management is considered a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
SKILLS:
- Strong organizational skills with a capacity for high concentration is a must.
- Knowledge of employment laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience with ROE preparation and understanding of ESA compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Quickbooks and Payworks.

Position: Purposeful is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Hybrid, Preference will be given to candidates who can travel to one of our business locations regularly (McKellar or Barrie Ontario)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $55,000/year dependent on experience
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will administer payroll and benefits, and provide critical support in onboarding/offboarding, employee relations and human resources administration to all of our business units, supporting seasonal, part time and full time employees. You will work closely with our growing Human Resources team to align HR strategies with company goals, assist in creating policies and programs, and assist with change management initiatives. Your efforts will ensure our employees feel valued, supported, and equipped to thrive in our people-first culture.
