Duties
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Process payroll and handle any related inquiries or issues
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Provide support in employee relations matters, such as conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Assist with training and development initiatives for employees
- Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or related role
- Proficient in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software for managing recruitment processes
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP, Oracle, Paychex, Taleo, Ceridian, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of workforce management principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
