Join our team and make a difference! Rio Vista Post Acute and Rehab is seeking an organized and people-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or post-acute care
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Stong attention to detail and a team-focused attitude
Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or request.
• Onboarding and continued auditing of compliance paperwork, including Fingerprint card, CPR card, professional license, TB, among other items.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee relations.
• Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
• Assist with performance management procedures.
• Assist with orientations and update records of new staff.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
