As a Human Resources Coordinator at Ronco, you will play a crucial role in driving the company culture and creating a positive work environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function.

SKILL & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar field (or equivalent experience).
  • CHRP/CHRL designation is preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience working in an HR role.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases ADP WFN HR systems will be an asset.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to develop and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of Labour law and HR Best Practices.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage data with confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring key roles are identified and staffed appropriately.
  • Bridging Management and Associate relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and ensure execution, and adherence are in place.
  • Manage the overall recruitment and selection process, in collaboration with the hiring managers.
  • Manage and organize onboarding and offboarding of new and departing employees.
  • Organize, coordinate, and execute employee engagement events and activities.
  • Execute regular employee feedback surveys, analyze results, and provide recommendations.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive colleague working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs with Managers to solicit sources that can be offered. Apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (personal information, leaves, turnover rates, training etc.) in ADP database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
