Description
1. Conduct initial prescreening of Emirati candidates against job requirements. 2. Schedule and coordinate interviews for Emirati candidates, including liaising with hiring managers, candidates, and the Talent Acquisition team. 3. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics and status updates. 4. Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, schedules, and necessary documentation. 5. Facilitate introductions and ensure all administrative setup (IT access, badges, etc.) is completed efficiently. 6. Book, schedule, and coordinate logistics for all mandatory and developmental training programs for Emirati staff, including ADGM-specific training, company induction sessions, and programs at Fatima College. 7. Manage attendee registrations, room bookings, trainer communications, and material distribution. 8. Act as the first point of contact for Emirati staff regarding workplace issues, concerns, problems, or general administrative demands. 9. Provide timely support, guidance, and resolution or escalate complex issues appropriately to HR Business Partners or management. 10. Schedule appointments and meetings for Emirati staff as requested, including meetings with management, HR, or external parties. 11. Coordinate and accompany Emirati staff for clinic visits when health or work-related issues arise, ensuring necessary support and documentation.
