HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR Job Summary: The human resources coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the human resources department. He/She is expected to be a conceptual thinker with excellent organisational, and time management skills and the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Operating as a point of contact for general HR employee & industrial relations inquiries from both internal and external customers * Assisting with auditing employee & industrial relations programmes and recommending corrective actions * Assisting with the preparation of standard operating procedures * Maintaining both hard and digital copies of disciplinary meeting notes and feedback * Keeping up-to-date with the latest labour relations trends and best practices * Supporting the adherence to occupational health and safety legislation obligations Qualifications: * College or University Degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience * A minimum of three (3) years' related experience required * Exposure to Labour Laws and employment regulations * Exposure to payroll practices * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail * Computer literate with knowledge of computer applications and software * The ability to work under pressure * Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
