Description
Key responsibilities for the HR Co-ordinator will include;Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to leaving
Supporting recruitment campaigns, interviews, onboarding and pre-employment checks
Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
Managing HR administration including contracts, variations, employment documentation and record keeping
Supporting employee relations cases including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and performance management
Assisting with workforce planning and organisational change activity
Maintaining HR systems and ensuring employee data is accurate and compliant
Supporting learning and development initiatives and training administration
Producing HR reports and workforce data to support decision making
Monitoring compliance with employment legislation, policies and procedures
Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement activities
Supporting wellbeing, engagement and inclusion initiatives across the organisation
The Ideal candidate for the HR Co-ordinator will;Previous experience within a HR generalist role covering a broad range of HR activities
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties
Experience of supporting in employee relations matters
The HR Co-ordinator will need to have excellent communication skills and effectively be able to communicate to stakeholders of all levels. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have an impeccable eye for detail and accuracy to ensure all workload is carried out effectively and efficiently. They will also need to able to prioritise their workload and be efficient and effective to meet unpredictable deadlines and deal with conflicting demands, whilst working in a high-pressured environment.
