As the HR Coordinator you will work closely with the AVP of HR to complete department initiatives, design and improve processes, and provide administrative support to the human resource function as needed. Key Responsibilities: Assist with preboarding and onboarding processes, including background checks, drug tests, offer letters, welcome letters, HRIS information, and E-Verify Provide administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry and compliance Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development Have an active role in ensuring all human resource functions are complying with local, state and federal regulations Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of prior HR experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
