The Human Resources Coordinator serves as the primary HR contact for employees, handling daily human resource matters across various domains, including recruitment, staffing, compensation, benefits, training, development, health and safety, and project management. This role also supports the creation, implementation, monitoring, and regulation of human resource programs and policies.
