Description

Skyway Precision Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR Department with various operational and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding.
  • Manage and maintain employee training records.
  • Provide administrative support to employees.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and manage attendance warnings and bonus program.
  • Ensure timely completion of employee performance appraisals.
  • Assist with documentation of HR processes and procedures.
  • Follow general safety rules, procedures, and regulations.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as requested by the Human Resources Manager.
  • Support Compliance with Skyway precision Inc.’s Quality policies and procedures (IATF 16949 & ISO 14001).

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
1-3 years’ experience as HR Administrator, HR Assistant, Payroll Administrator or related field.
1-3 years of experience working with HCM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
