Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide front-line HR administrative support, responding to inquiries with courtesy, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Coordinate HR records and ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of employee information.
  • Prepare regular reports, presentations, and HR metrics to support decision-making.
  • Draft and distribute communications for HR initiatives, programs, and announcements.
  • Support learning and development, performance management, recognition, and internal HR events.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, training, and room bookings.
  • Track employee training and certifications, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration (enrollment, changes, inquiries).
  • Contribute to new HR initiatives and special projects that enhance the employee experience.
  • Support and adhere to workplace health & safety policies, safe work practices, and procedures.
