Job Overview: We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team! This role is primarily focused on payroll processing but also plays a key part in general HR administrative support.   This is a 3 month-long contract opportunity.    Key Responsibilities: HR Administration: * Maintain and organize employee files and documentation (physical and digital) * Update employee records in HR systems and spreadsheets as needed * Assist in planning and coordinating employee events * Create flyers, announcements, and simple internal communications for HR initiatives * Help foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture * Support hourly recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process   Payroll: * Accurately process employee time and attendance data * Oversee attendance point tracking and manage related notifications * Maintain current payroll records and ensure all compensation changes are entered correctly * Address payroll‑related employee inquiries promptly and professionally * Partner with Finance and HR teams to support accurate payroll reporting and uphold data integrity Qualifications: * 1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative roles (Preferred, not required) * Required payroll experience in ADP, ADP Lyric experience a plus * Strong understanding of payroll processes and basic employment laws * Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and time management * Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Great interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality Qualifications Preferences � Experience in Talent & Acquisition a plus � ADP and ATS familiarity preferred
